Hi there – I’m Kendra, a Master of Information graduate with a specialization in UX Design from the University of Toronto.

Currently.

I’m a Senior User Experience Designer at the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, where I lead the redesign of the Permissions Enterprise Platform and enhance digital frameworks for environmental applications. My goal is to improve the accessibility and efficiency of online permission services for businesses, individuals, and organizations across Ontario—one pixel at a time.

🎓 Previously, I studied architecture at the University of Toronto and worked in project management for residential and commercial projects across Canada.

👩🏻‍💻 Using the analytical and visual communication skills I developed throughout my undergrad, I have filled various roles in marketing, graphic design and design research.

🧩 The unique perspectives I gained from working in different fields led me to a professional path that encompassed all of my skills, passions and values: User Experience Design.
